1. Acceptance of terms

By using Ready to Apply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Ready to Apply is a resume-to-job-description matching tool that provides AI-generated scoring, resume optimization suggestions, and interview preparation content. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Results are based solely on the documents you provide and reflect AI analysis. Scores, suggestions, and interview content may not be exhaustive or error-free, and are not a guarantee of interview selection, employment outcomes, or any specific result in your job search.

3. Your documents

By using the Service, you grant Ready to Apply a limited, temporary license to process your documents solely to deliver your results. Documents are not stored beyond the active session.

4. Credits and payments

  • Free credits: 3 credits reset every 30 days from first use. No account required.
  • Paid credits: one-time purchases processed via Stripe. Credits are added immediately upon confirmed payment.
  • Credit burn order: free credits are always consumed before paid credits.
  • Paid credits never expire.
  • 1 credit = 1 analysis (Job Fit Score, Resume Optimization, or Interview PREP).
  • Pricing: See our pricing page for current rates. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits already purchased.
  • Payment processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes may be added to the purchase price based on your location. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.
  • Promotions and discounts: From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. These cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the promotion.
  • Non-transferable credits: Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Refund policy

Ready to Apply does not offer refunds on purchased credits.

Every account starts with 3 free credits, renewed every 30 days, with no payment required. These credits are provided specifically so you can evaluate the product before spending anything. Purchasing credits is an informed decision made after you have already used the service.

When you purchase a credit pack, credits are delivered to your account immediately and are available for use right away. Because the product is digital and delivery is instant, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, unused credits, or results that did not meet your expectations.

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or a technical failure during checkout — please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate false or fabricated resume content.
  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse the free tier.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service.
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without prior written consent.
  • Submit documents belonging to another person without their consent.
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready to Apply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim. Ready to Apply makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. If you have questions about which jurisdiction applies to you, please contact us.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
