No. Your resume is read and cleaned up on your own device and never leaves it. We do not receive it, store it, or see it. Your working copy is saved in this browser for 24 hours after your last change, so a refresh does not lose your edits. Clear removes it right away.
Paste the text straight in, or upload a Word document, a PDF, or a plain text file. Pasting is the most reliable: a PDF records only where each character sits on the page, not the structure behind it, so a heavily formatted one can come through with pieces missing. When that happens the page tells you what it could not read instead of quietly dropping it.
It removes filler that says nothing, rewrites first-person and weak openers into direct lines, puts job titles and dates back into a consistent order, and strips personal details that do not belong on a resume, such as a date of birth. Every line stays editable, so you can overrule any of it.
No, and that is deliberate. It never invents a job, a number, or a skill that was not already on the page. Where something is missing it leaves a marked gap for you to fill in your own words, because an invented detail is one you would have to defend in an interview.
